What is Trampoline and Tumbling?

Trampoline and Tumbling is a sport that you can choose to do recreationally or competitively. Skills learned in Trampoline and Tumbling classes will help athletes gain strength, agility, body control and more. Students train on our 40 foot long "Tumble Track"  and olympic size trampolines that lay flat with the ground for added safety. Additionally, students will learn floor tumbling on fully loaded spring floors!
